The published table names an IELTS band every ten points, not every five, so 120 falls between two of them. It is shown as “or better” rather than rounded, because rounding would invent precision the source does not have.

What a conversion can tell you
These tests measure overlapping things in different ways, so a conversion is a comparison, never an exchange rate. It is genuinely useful for two jobs: working out roughly where you stand if you already have a score in another test, and sanity-checking a target before you start preparing.
It cannot tell you whether a university will accept you. Institutions publish their own minimums, some set a minimum on an individual subscore as well as the overall, and none of them are bound by a table like this one. If the number matters, read it off your institution’s own admissions page.
