LingoCrest is operated by LingoCrest. Questions about these terms go to support@lingocrest.com.

LingoCrest is independent practice material for English proficiency tests. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Duolingo, IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, or any test provider. Those names are used only to describe which examination the practice is for.

Scores shown are estimates produced by this app. They are not official results, carry no weight with any institution, and do not predict what you will score on a real test. No score improvement is promised, and none could honestly be.

• You must give a real email address and keep your password to yourself.
• One account is for one person. Sharing a login is not permitted — an institution that needs several people served should buy seats.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, or have a parent or guardian agree on your behalf.

• Every new account gets 7 days of full access. No card is required to begin, and nothing is charged when it ends.
• When the trial ends, practice locks until you subscribe. Your data is not deleted.
• Pro costs $35 a month or $179 a year and renews automatically until cancelled.
• Institutional seats are billed to the institution. A member's access lasts as long as the institution keeps paying for their seat.
• You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal; access continues to the end of the period already paid for.

Refunds are covered separately in the refund policy, which gives you 14 days.

Payments are taken by Polar, which acts as merchant of record and is therefore the seller for the transaction. Polar handles billing, tax and card data; we never see or store your card details. Prices are in US dollars, and your bank may add a conversion or international transaction fee we have no control over.

You agree not to:

• Copy, scrape, resell or republish the practice questions or marking.
• Share an account, or use one account to serve several learners.
• Attempt to access other users' data, or to disrupt the service.
• Use automated tools to submit answers at a volume no person could.

Accounts doing any of these may be suspended. Where the breach is not deliberate we will say what the problem is before doing anything drastic.

The questions, passages, audio scripts, marking and software are ours. Your answers are yours: we store them to show you your progress and send them for marking as described in the privacy policy, and we do not claim ownership of what you write.

We try to keep the service running but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted. Marking depends on a third-party model; when it is unavailable the app falls back to an offline scorer, which is less precise and is labelled as such on screen.

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including a test result you are unhappy with or a decision made about you on the basis of one. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer that cannot be removed by agreement.

These terms may change; material changes will be notified by email or in the app before they take effect, and continuing to use the service afterwards accepts them. You may stop using LingoCrest and delete your account at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. If you are a consumer elsewhere, you keep the protections of your own country's law where those cannot be set aside by agreement.
